One of the things I did during these years was

ing, and other subjects.  When I needed to learn

accounting and studied accounting as I did the 
accounting.  While I’ve never had any formal 
schooling in business administration or account-
ing, , consiGer that , NnoZ more aEoXt EXsiness 
management and organization than I do any 
other subject.  When I learned to weld, I stud-
ieG EooNs on hoZ to ZelG; anG Zhen , neeGeG 
to learn aEoXt engineering , stXGieG EooNs on 
engineering; Zhen , neeGeG to constrXct a shop 
EXilGing, , stXGieG EooNs on carpentr\ anG con-
strXction; anG Zhen , haG to giYe a speech, , 
stXGieG a EooN on hoZ to maNe a speech; Zhen , 
haG to Zrite a letter, , stXGieG EooNs on hoZ to 
write business letters and recently when Arcoa 
Inc. needed to qualify under the Federal Securi-
ties and Exchange Act in order to issue two mil-
lion Gollars Zorth of secXrities, , EoXght EooNs 
on the Securities and Exchange Law and the 
Prentice-Hall service on the subject.  By using 
these EooNs , Zas aEle to prepare the 5egistra-
tion statement and write the Prospectus.
